I received this error just now after attempting to make a 'Rosetail' at Baldwin's:

I went back just now to try again but saw that the creation had actually gone through and the brew was a brewin'! Still thought I should report this though.

This generally happens when you accidentally double click confirm for a brew and has been reported repeatedly :)
