I'm doing something a bit different for this boy because of his special eyes! If you'd like a chance at winning him follow these simple rules:

I would call him seafoam! I bet Tidal found him washed up on shore in the water flight, and frantically tried to find his parents, and when he came up with none, took the little guy home to care for him himself!

Oh all of them are so nice, but you already knew I was going for that little Spiral boi with
special eyes.
He seems like a little mischievous Spiral, so I believe his name would be Puck or something similar. I'll try and avoid horribly angst-ridden lore as is my default and have Puck as a cheerful and well-meaning 'procurer of lost and/or misplaced items'. He'd give the "retrieved" items back, but for a cost, a tad like Swipp's daughters or Pinkerton, unless you were selfish and mean, then he's Robin Hood.
Puck reads many folk tales you see and idolizes the main characters.
