@UnseenRangerGal Can you hold #43061876 for me for a day or two while I think up a story please?
TOPIC | Storytime Cove-CLOSED
@UnseenRangerGal I made a bio for #43061876! Basically, it's an origin story.
The Arcanist was experimenting again, much to everyone’s alarm. After what happened the last time he let his curiosity run rampant, the Eleven Dragon Gods were wary. So they sent the Windsinger to keep an eye on the Arcanist as he conducted his research.
“Hey! Hey, Arcanist! Whatcha doing?” The long green dragon chirped as he flew along the breeze into the Arcanist’s tower window.
“Not now Windsinger. I’ve found something fascinating,” the many-limbed purple-pink dragon replied, tossing things into a cauldron and mumbling under his breath.
“What is it?”
“This.” The Arcanist pointed to a cage on a worktable, from where a small, fluttering orange insect could be seen flitting in circles.
“A butterfly? A butterfly is fascinating? There are tons of butterflies in the Gladekeeper’s flight, you know. I can take you there if you want,” Winsinger babbled, an excited gleam in his eye at the prospect of an adventure. The Arcanist just shook his alien-looking head.
“No. What I mean is that I’m going to turn this butterfly into a dragon.”
“WHAT! That’s so cool! Can I help?” The Windsinger squealed, immediately forgetting that he was supposed to watch the Arcanist, not help him.
“Yes. I need some materials but I can’t leave the cauldron. Windsinger, can you get me these things? I need some fire from the Flamecaller’s forges, some fresh-cut crystal from the Earthshaker, some light fragments from the Lightweaver, and a blessing from the Gladekeeper.”
“How am I supposed to get you a blessing?”
“Just ask Gladekeeper! Now go!”
The wind deity did as he was told. He flew to each of his fellow deities flights from which he needed materials, and got them with ease. No one asked any questions as they handed over the things. After all, they were on edge about the Arcanist’s plans, not the Windsinger, who had a reputation as a cloudcuckoolander anyway.
And before he knew it, the Windsinger was back at the Arcanist’s tower. He handed over the materials, including the blessing, which was really a sigil given to him by the Gladekeeper.
The Arcanist dumped them all in the cauldron. Even the butterfly in its cage. Nothing happened.
“Well, that was disappoint-”
The Windsinger’s words were cut off by the cauldron exploding, sending him and the Arcanist tumbling backwards into a bookcase. The Windsinger groaned as his head spun.
“Ahahaha! It worked, Windsinger! It worked!”
The Windsinger looked up at the Arcanist, who was pointing with one of his spindled wings at where the cauldron had once stood. There in its place was a young Skydancer hatchling, with a body of sunset-colored crystal and the wings of a monarch butterfly.
“Wow,” the Windsinger admitted, impressed, “What are you going to name her?”
The Arcanist pondered that. Then he had it.
“Rhopalocera,” he said, “I’m going to call her Rhopalocera, after the scientific name for butterflies.”
“That’s a horrible name,” the Windsinger remarked. But sitting on the ground, the little Skydancer smiled.

I would like the Imperial that has tiger eyes spots and smoke
Vapor was sitting enjoying the weather eating his lunch thinking about how he wanted to meet other dragons, then all of a sudden he felt a bump and heard a yelp Ow!
Vapor looked around and saw a different Dragon than him Vapor asked are you alright and she said no I think I broke something Vapor then tries to help her but he noticed she broke a wing I think you need a doctor. Btw what's your name here asks and she says Regal
Vapor then said let me help you to a Healer so Vapor puts Regal on his back and goes to the nearest healer he knew.
As time went by Vapor helped Regal heal and they both became closer and fell in love now they are expecting
