While Ambertounge and Hera fiercely spar, Eleven flies down onto the field, twirling and spinning everywhere as to show off her markings.

"Hey there, buds! Ya mind showin' a friend which way to go to get to the marketplace?"

The couple continues to fight.

"Ya know what they say, if a spiral gets lost they might turn a corner and ask their tail for help! Hehe... badum-ch...? HellO-OOOOO!!"

Ambertounge is startled and falls backwards, allowing Hera to place a claw under Amber's chin. Hera then sees the source of Amber's distraction.

"Ya would have thought that with those eyes a spiral would know I was busy....."

She adresses Eleven.

"Hey, you! Can't you see I'm busy? And by the way... are ya a familiar or a dragon; those kitty spots of yours make it hard to tell! Nah, you ain't a familiar... even they ain't weak lookin' as you!"

As Hera laughs, she sends huge gusts of cool wind towards Eleven, making her shiver terribly.

"Aaaaw is widdle old spiwal gettin' cowld? Why doncha tie yourself into a nice little knot; you'll make a fine scarf! More of a decorative scarf that a useful one; and an ugly one too!!"

Hera continues to drown in laughter, as Ambertounge recovers from her fall and approaches Eleven.

"Sorry about her. Marketplace is actually right where you were headed, it's just covered by trees to prevent stealing. Just fly over that grove over there and look down; you'll see it for sure. I heard that they still have some chasmcrawler's arctic coats selling, it would look good on you! Plus they're supposed to keep out all the cold. Happy shopping!"

As Hera and Amber sword fight in the sky, a small snapper hatchling stumbles onto the field. His thick scales radiate with youth, and Hera senses this as she descends from the clouds in a tornado of blue. She spots the source of the strange Arcane energies, and looks to Jr.

“Well would’ja look at that, another one of them Arcane spawns. I could smell you from a mile away! Keepin’ a good appearance is fine, but this is just plain unnatural; and greedy at that! Who dumps a flask over their head containin’ who know what just to look young? Not only that, but it’s like their minds stay young too! Gettin’ this garb done to yourself just act like a hatching when ya ain’t is a good sign that somethin’s wrong wi’cha kid, so get some help!”

Amber exchanges a look with Hera and faces Jr, who still stands in the field.

“Sorry kid, Hera just had a bad experience with eternal youth and all that… it’s a controversial thing in our clan.”

Ambertounge pulls a pointed hat like her own, but black with a red feather, and places it on Jr’s head.

“Here ya go kid, this was my dad’s… well, I hope you have nice trip wherever you’re going!”

“Heh, well I’ll have you know that out of the two of us, you’re just as much of a seaweed brain me! Don’t ya look at what goes on yer plate? Well I guess a coatl wouldn’t know, Flamecaller crammed a lot of spaz into them feathers but her budget sure ran dry when it came to the brains! What’s that familiar ya got there, a lamp?! That there snake coilin’ on yer tail looks more alive than your ‘companion’ ever will be! But it’s made of gold, ain’t it, and that’s all that matters to all you sassy wealthy folk. Go home richy, and while you’re at it, buy some better insults!”

Hera drops 100 or so gold coins onto Bellamy’s head and waltzes away, clearly satified with her rant. Ambertounge intervenes.

“I think it’s pretty brave of you to stand up to my girlfriend, she can seem a bit intimidating at first. You know, if you’re having trouble with getting your familiar responsive, take it to my friend Ra! He’s great with this kind of thing. Good luck!”

Hera rolls her eyes at the drone and growls.

“Well I certainly didn’t before but I sure do now. I thought AI’s were supposed to smart, but no sane dragon, robot or not, would talk back to me! What a coward you must be, talkin’ through a measly drone instead of facin’ me in person! But what can you expect from a hologram? Whatcha gonna do, hit me? Talk back? With one whack I could crush your drone to a pulp, so watch who you’re messin’ with next time you decide to go around in that thing of yours.”

Hera backs away from the drone, eyes hot with fury and frustration, as Amber looks in awe at the AI.

“Whoaaa! I’ve never seen an AI dragon before! I must say that your color scheme is just magnificent. I’ve never seen a dragon so….. Purple! Ya mind if I give your drone a shine before you go?”

Amber cleans the drone until it’s surface is a glistening silver.

“Bye! Careful with the tall trees!”
