I literally just began playing Pokefarm like... five minutes ago. I'm already kind of addicted. It's cute and from what I can see there's breeding involved. Just a lot of clicking. Great if you like Pokemon, I guess!

Dappervolk is opening beta next Saturday. It's more of an avatar site (think Gaia) but there's really cute pets, a choose-your-own adventure storyline, quests and npcs, and the artwork is beautiful. Macycat's thread here has some more info. Edited to add... the community is wonderful. The staff has had a discord going since last summer and everyone's v nice.

Subeta is great. I still play it occasionally! It's very community based, and has avatar customization and the like. It has "pet spotlight" and is a great hub for artists. If I'm not mistaken, they even allow you to sell your art on there for not just in-game currencies and stuff, but also IRL monies. There's some really great artists there.

I'm also on Sylestia. The early artwork is a little odd, but it appears they are in the process of revamping things around the site. The community on there is friggin' amazing, too. Don't think I've ever met people so nice online lol. It has a quest-battle-type system that I kinda enjoy. Little mind-numbing, but it's not near as bad as the coli here bahahaha. It is a story-based game, with breeding and amazing pets, of course.

edit: I got on Lioden to see what it was and omg I just... "spray scent" this is amazing

Sylestia is a bit like FR. I never got into it much myself because it was confusing but I know quite a few people do enjoy it. The creatures there are interesting too.

I know you said you dislike Furvilla but the community is a lot better now and the site is always being updated with new features! I still love that site!

And then there’s Dragon Cave. It’s a fun little game where you steal eggs and grow them through views and clicks! Some other games like it are Magistream, Tales of Ostlea, and Forest of Mirrors.

I've been playing Sylestia recently and I quite like it! It reminds me a lot of Neopets, although with Pokemon-ish elements. I'm not sure how long I'll stay there but for now I'm having fun.

As for Furvilla, I'm really wary about going back, but I guess I could log in and see how things are since it's been awhile. And Dragon Cave I still struggle to see the appeal of ;; but I'll look into it. Thanks for the suggestions!

I did look into Subeta but honestly I don't think it's right for me. I might give it a go later though.

Oh, I'm a member of Pokefarm already! I haven't checked my farm in awhile though, I grew a little bored of it. And I have heard of Dappervolk but I don't have the money to buy an access code, I'm waiting for free openings on that one.

@******* you've probably heard of this one but chickensmoothie is similar, a lot of the community plays flight rising, too. you collect and trade pets, so it's kind of similar. it also has a pretty active community and forums if you're into that.

You don't need a key to get into dappervolk beta, thankfully! There's going to be registration windows. March 10th at 1pm EST is the first one, it'll last an hour.

Dragon cave is a good game
but it need people to click on on the eggs

You can play Dragon cave solo if you want, there are free nurseries that will get views and clicks for your dragon
Magistream is similar, just with more lore and it has quests.
You still need clicks for it, but there is a nursery to help you with that too, if you don't feel like advertising your eggs

I have a account on Howrse (quite inactive), and I agree with you.

The game USED to be good, until about a year ago when the game started focusing on money. The breeding part is easier compared to FR, but FR is WAY BETTER when it comes to the community, dragon uniqueness, etc.
I never interacted with the community when I played, and I'm glad I did.
