when you put the cursor over someone's icon in the forums and it displays a custom text

how do i add that to mine? also i'm sorry if this has been explained somewhere, i just don't know how to look for it

@Kovyx in your user profile, under your username at the top, there should be a little bar that will let you type your message c:

"click here to change your broadcast message"

ohmylord so that's what that is, i always thought it was referring to the clan information (even though there's a separate button for that i dunno)
