Melosa is wearing one of my favorite accents, and it does kind of remind me of spring:

The Leafy Gladeboughs are one of the only pieces of the 2014-2015 festival apparel I own, but Zaer wears them well!

This guy isn't super spring-y at first glance, but his Forest tert reminds me of new growth as the seasons change. He's one of my dream dragons, and the product of a breeding project I spent MONTHS on. I'm so proud of him, I'll take any chance I can get to show him off!

Okay way -way back in the 19890's- back when I was starting to find themes for my lair, my first thought was: why not have the seasons? So I went about creating each season dragon-ified in my eyes. Amazingly enough, Spring was the only one that stayed! Created for the season, she is now my Wind rep!

Eden was a dragon I bought on impulse. Her colours looked so soft and gentle with the stained gene. Having a Spring secondary colour is pure chance honestly, but after spending way too much time looking for a mate, she is now part of a breeding pair called Spring Peaches (a very appropriate name if I do say so myself) and is now the clan Veterinarian, having a unique bond with both animals and familiars!

Vere, my planned mate with Spring, reminds me of spring in the sense of growth. As my current Nature rep, he tends to the plants and herbs grown within the clan, this season being ideal for most of the clans' needs. He's like the dragon version of those 'Plants are friends' shirts.

My beloved baby Ihlobo, he's named after the sunsets he makes me think of, and I like to think he's a handsome late spring/late summer colored dragon.

[font=book antique]bloom was an impulse buy, but one that's stuck around for a fair while. i occasionally try to dress him up, but i always end up going back to the antlers and gladeboughs. he's a natural sort of guy. his lore is that he wanders around the forests alone & tends to his bonsai with nature magic, making him perfect for the spring theme.

blossom is bloom's partner; they're a hedgewitch who lives outside the clan as well. they're also pretty solitary, so they and bloom sometimes go a while without seeing any other dragons (including each other), but they always have the plants to keep them company. while they're an arcane dragon, i think that could be applied to the spring theme as well, since new growth and life seem fairly magical to me.
