@Bunnee Coatls were released in January of 2014. Nocturnes were released in December of 2014. Bogsneaks (the latest new breed) came out in September of last year (so fairly recently.) The delay is mainly due to having to redraw every apparel piece, although they got some new artists to help. The admins always have 1-2 dragon breeds in development, but it's likely the wait between breeds will become longer rather than shorter.

A few copies are in the AH(presumably from MP sniping); I believe that as soon as the item itself has an ID and is in the first post, it can be obtained like other apparel.

Any dragon in the 'Fodder Tab' available for sale. Fodder Tab dragons are 10k treasure for adults, 5k treasure for hatchlings. I also have leveled (up to lv 8) dragons in my Hib Den I'm willing to sell for 15k treasure min.
