Hello! My favorite anime is called Princess Tutu, and I have an attempt of a fandragon for the main character, Ahiru/Princess Tutu. The character looks like this:

First off - get lace! It mimics the dress better than smoke.

Maybe try layering? Like maybe the silver sylvan over twilight sylvan for a softer pink color. And maybe the ferocious kilt underneath both of those to look like the fluff under her skirt? And then, if you really wanna get the vibe, soft pink silks over golden silks for a pink lemonade color. And the white woolly antennae to look like her headpiece. Maybe a few pieces of the antique or sweetheart lace.

I've tried her with the white wooly antenna but the shade of white they are is just kind of ... muddy. Maybe someday I'll get a white fluffy tiara, but today is not that day, unfortunately.
Are you suggesting the sweetheart lace collar instead of the gem necklace? Or are you just using those as examples?
I updated her a bit, this is so exciting lmao. Let's see how far my savings go!

Glad I could help! Princess Tutu is one of my favorite shows.
I was just listing the lace collar as an example so you could see what it looks like! But I think it would work well in conjunction with the necklace actually, to make it look more elaborate like when it does when she's Tutu.
And everyone's hoping for smaller tiaras. I guess you could go with an autumnal wreath until then to mimic the crown sorta, but it's also quite expensive.
