I have a question: does the top 10 dragons sent in/levels sent in take just the raffle into consideration or the fast lane too?

Probably should have clarified this in the front post, but yup, both count. Not combined though, so your fast lane levels and raffle levels won't be combined into one super level, but a separate top 10 for each c:
