It really looks dimensional, with how the apparel compliments the colours. What a great dragon. The shimmer is a nice accent to the cherub and the gold bits of apparel give off a nice vibe. The swamp is nice with giraffe and hex, makes him look like an aligator. The eyes compliment the birdskull phenomenally. I really love how you've balanced him out with the red of the scarf. It makes the gradient in the wings sort of encompass all of him.
