I'm not sure what to do about this or who to contact. So I thought it best to start here.
I had two things in the Auction House that I was selling and I haven't gotten a notice on if they have expired or been sold.
It was 20 Soylent Yellow and 10 Soylent Green.
Neither show up in my activity tab. And neither are back in my hoard.
It's been at least a couple of hours since they ended in the house but I just waited to see if it was just lag.
I even cleared my stuff to see if that helped, but nothing happened.
It's the first time this has happened so I don't really know what to do.

What you're describing is known as the AH limbo - it's an intended feature meant to reduce server strain. Sometimes your items and dragons might take a while to return to you after their auctions had expired. Just give it some time. ^^
