Here's the two I came up with although I may have gone a little crazy with speckling.
Bruised Meat

It's inspired by parasitic worms, because i figured with that much rotten meat lying around, some dragons are bound to pick them up! Initially the worms reside in the intestines, but in the latter stages of infection, they may become visible under the surface of the skin, as the dragon becomes incredibly emancipated and malnourished.

A little bit of inspiration from "Trypophobia", the fear of small patterned holes, some inspiration from Gangrene, Frostbite, and other things that rot flesh, inspiration from buboes and pus sacks, and a tip of the hat to mega-cool exposed bones.

Well, I've run out of time as I'm leaving work (where I do all my art these days)...
I wanted to do more. Anyway, here's what I got done of "Plague of Greed", an idea I really should have started on earlier... especially since I lost quite a bit to a blue screen of death.

It's pretty much the first skin I've ever done. The concept is supposed to be greed so strong it begins to sap the bearer of all physical strength and manifests as gilded lesions/rashes.
Mostly I'm posting this to say I did. If there's any interest (outside of the contest) I'm probably going to continue fiddling at this next week for personal satisfaction.
