Ridley blends unexpectedly well with the humans in her area, using a face mask to cover her more demonic teeth and tongue. Her trademark is her puffy winter coat, worn even in the summer as she is accustomed to the fires of hell and often finds the overworld quite chilly. The designs Vaile comes up with are sleek, elegant, and incredibly efficient and are used across the city for everything from office buildings to museums. His personality, however, leaves quite a bit to be desired, as he has a habit of smoking during meetings, slamming his feet on the table, and hoarding all the papers in his briefcase, no matter how irrelevant or outdated. The only time he reacts to something without disdain is if it involves some form of gossip and the only time he'll take his headphones off completely is to completely absorb the drama.
