I'm so proud of a lot of my dragons, so it's hard to choose!
But, in the end, I think the one dragon I'll never be able to part with is Shale. (He normally has tarnished armor on, but I'm doing A Thing with my lair atm)

Shale is one of the first Guardian dragons I ever brought into my lair, and he was the first dragon I thought of a backstory for. He's also the only dragon I've spent money on to buy him new genes. So, represents a lot of firsts for me where Flight Rising is concerned! He has sentimental value.
His backstory is something else I'm proud of, and something I'm still trying to develop.
Shale was born in Plague's domain, and despite him being old and battle-worn he has not found his Charge yet. He began giving up hope.
Then, he felt himself drawn towards The Sea of a Thousand Currents, and began what would be--one way or another--his final Search. Along the way, he came across a young Fae dragon named Oberon.

Oberon's fighting spirit and will to live despite the overwhelming odds inspired Shale, and he more-or-less adopted the young Fae as his son (though has yet to admit this to himself or Oberon thus far.) Having Oberon to keep him company and to watch over gave Shale a much-needed reason to live and go on.
But Oberon is not his Charge, and he both wonders and fears how things might change once he does find his Charge.

Every time a new gene is released I want to give it to her first and I have to control myself. I can't afford to re-gene AND replace her bio art all the time!!

Wanda was given to me as a gift when I first joined the site, and she became one of my first three coliseum team members. Besides that, she's a gorgeous riot of colour.

I can't really pick one XD so I've got three. Although my noodle baby is the most biased one (like srsly, look at his bio....I shelled out lots of treasure for this bab). He was my first lvl25 and the cheapest one I've ever seen in the whole site. He was selling for 190k with two piece of art. He was tinctured, stoned and statted. The fact that no one would take him shocked me! Like seriously, look at him! He's beautiful!
I even suffered a lot trying to find him a mate. Went through several ladies with colors and genes similar to him, but all were related. Till I found his mate Platina. Thank God.

Next would be my progen Hades. He's the only dragon I ever bothered fully geneing. And I jsut love how all the random apparel and accent I gave him just came together. Also spent some money for his art ouo he was also the first dragon I wrote lore for.

She used to be a Wildclaw, but during the Night of Nocturne I got lucky and obtained a scroll. I loved her colors already, but they looked so fun as a nocturne. I've had her for quite some time and she's also the first dragon I got art of. C:

This lil gal here really caught my heart during the trick or treat event when I would make lil one off RP responses to the trick or treat messages I got. I described her to be kinda like a motherly dragon with a bit of a mischievous side, but she's very generous and easy to scare.
