Ooooh I second Charmeleon and Rayquaza, they are definitely top faves of mine too :D (The Ray in my name = Rayquaza)
I really love the Charmander line in general, but I find Charmeleon the coolest looking!
I also really love Reshiram, Anorith, Chespin and a lot of others.
