Not vegan, but vegetarian.
Really considering going vegan one day, though.
I cook many vegan meals, however, because THERE ARE SO MANY RECIPES.

"Solas, have I ever wanted to hear one of your endless explanations? Ever."
I'm a vegetarian, but that's mostly because I have a lot of allergies, and being a vegetarian is probably the healthiest for me right now. Someday I might become a vegan, but I dunno. A lot of vegan stuff looks really, really yummy though:-) My pinterest has a lot of vegan and vegetarian recipes.
I'm not vegan or vegetarian, i'm just someone who doesnt eat red meat like pork or beef....but I really enjoy vegan and vegetarian dishes!
If any of you are posting recipes you should totally ping me in them so I can check them out and try them, haha.

I'm not vegan or even vegetarian, but my mum has been a vegetarian for decades now and just recently she's been trying to go vegan. Problem is she loves cheese too much to really do it, but she still tries.

@British
Cheese can as well be vegan! And from what I have heard, it must be very good. Maybe she could try some?
And by the way, cheese isn't necessarily vegetarian. It often contains rennet.

A few of my friends showed up for a free screening of Earthlings, a documentary narrated by Joaquin Phoenix on animal rights. If you've a stomach for graphic images it's very informative.
I love meat a little too much to sit through it but... Just a few minutes can't hurt!Hopefully
Edit: I got sidetracked, but the main crux of the post is that a number of people who sat through it considered going vegetarian/vegan.

@Zolk
I've always wanted to be a vegan/vegetarian to stop the animal cruelty in the meat industries, but my dad is a huge carnivore and he cooks in our family :/ But are there good vegan options out there, or would I be stuck eating salad for the rest of my life?
