I am absurdly happy with my custom progen! Her colors haven't changed since I made her, though her genes have been switched around a bit.

This is my custom, Forgemind. I'm saving up to give her Bar/Eye Spots, but I still think she looks fabulous. She formed Amber Caldera Clan almost entirely on a whim, dragging her mate along with her much against his will. She started out incredibly stubborn and bullheaded, as well as very bad at leadership, but she became a bit more sober and sour after losing her entire first clutch of hatchlings. Now she's more of a focused, bitterly stubborn dragon, and is getting better at leading the clan. She still relies on the help of her mate and advisers. She and her mate have an adopted son, a Tundra named Lars.

Zamindar, Forgemind's mate and clan patriarch, although he usually just advises Forgemind and doesn't do much of his own leading. If Forgemind is sick or injured, leadership of the clan actually falls to her direct adviser and her top fighters. Zamindar is much quieter and more level-headed than his mate, and acts as her emotional anchor. He helps her cope with the loss of their hatchlings, and has grown to love the clan despite having serious doubts in the beginning. I'm really not happy with his colors, but he would look better as Iri/Shim. If only those weren't so elusive in the marketplace...
I have pretty big plans for the both of them (and the whole clan) and most of what I intend to do with them is cruel and evil and would make them really pissed off at me if they ever met me in real life.

Tlush is the custom progenitor of the clan. A rather literal embodiment of the Plague flight in personality, he's a rather vicious fighter that enjoys the thrill of the hunt. Quite a few of the other dragons think that he hasn't always possessed his blood red scales, rather that they had been stained by his past actions.

On the other hand, Irral, the random progenitor, is a rather odd member of the Mirror breed, actually quite welcoming of other dragons into the clan. While Tlush keeps a savage point of view and is often found out hunting, his mate remains in the lair keeping track of each of the dragons.
While they started out as leaders of the lair, they've recently taken a side position as exaltation breeders. However, rumors have passed through the clan that they are planning to take a more territorial position, bringing the Mirror breed back into prominence.

Despite not being a progenitor, Thurkiitu is widely considered by the rest of the clan to be the leader, and brought a rather straightforward order to the clan. Initially living with the Wind flight, she found her way to the Scarred Wasteland and took command - not forcefully - of a rather mixed lair. Her entrance and leadership of the clan led to an age of Ridgeback growth, as breeding after breeding led to more of the species' involvement in the clan.
