I'm not sure this is a possible request but by any means is there a chance that I could get a male wildclaw when it becomes available or any dragon with the Vipera gene?? Again you don't have to consider this and I could just ask for any already available dragon.

Do you want to give away some gorgeous gen twos and imps? All I ask is that they don't get insta exalted. Is that a rule here at all?

I have recently become willing to do this thing called a "Pinglist" wherin I notify people when certain conditions are met, such as new dragons being posted, or dragons from a particular pairing hatching a nest (so far, Blaine and Cinnabar only, but I mean, most of my pairings aren't posted so that's not a surprise). Now, I can do that sort of thing for you, for a male Wildclaw or for a Vipera-gene dragon (although I only have one Vipera dragon in my lair, so I rarely have more than one Vipera hatchling and often I breed them and they stubbornly don't give me Vipera) but the actual adopting of that hatchling would still be first-come, first-served, which is... y'know, not a gaurantee, so maybe that's not what you were asking for.
Now another option would be to hold the dragon for you when he or she arrives. The problem is, I don't think I can really keep straight the number of requests that will undoubtedly float in if I start offering to [i]hold[/i] dragons of a specific type for people. I feel like that just leads to waitlists and frustration and this thread becoming something totally different and more like a proper Hatchery.
Now, Hatcheries are great, and they're part of what makes the social side of Flight Rising economics so engaging and interesting, but I don't want to run one. So, I'll put you on a pinglist if you want, please just say so, but it may be more efficient for you to try and acquire a vipera dragon through the auction house.

I do ask that people not turn right around and try to sell the dragons I give away, and I definitely ask that people not immediately exalt them, but in the end, those rules are completely powerless. In a perfect world, people would only adopt the dragons they loved and were going to keep forever, but in this world, people make mistakes.
And, once you adopt a dragon, it's your dragon. You can do with them what you like, even if I wouldn't approve. So, yes, a rule like that exists here, but it's totally unenforceable, and I'm not comfortable with being tasked with the responsibility of looking up every dragon adopted and building some kind of blacklist to punish people. That's not what this is about. I just want to make people happier, if I can.
