Your offer "Gem/Treasure | Special +2 to gem payouts. Bonuses: +2/+4 | Ping for raffle"

I want to make sure I'm understanding before I send CRs.

It looks like you are offering 2 gems extra, is that per dragon? And is that regardless of bonus?

So a nonbonus level 5 would be 17, and a breed bonus level 5 would be 19G?
