This has been happening to me ( having to refresh Crim) almost every turn on an ipad and when I hit refresh I get disconnected and it brings me back to a 404 page not found.

This is also happening with Pinkerton and my gatherng turns and I always clear history, cookies, etc.

Having the same issue as jbapple below. Crim is functioning, but screen 'jumps' to a specific scroll position after every offer, instead of remembering my scroll position. Very weird and annoying but not unplayable I guess. I too am on Chrome and a laptop, but OS is Windows 7 - at work, wired connection. Also the new font on the buttons for Crim is squished/narrow looking and a lot harder to read than the previous font. Maybe that's just me? I see it on other people's screenshots too though. I tried all those things above and it's the same result. It's frustrating, because it says you traded something when you didn't even press trade. I lost some good stuff because of it.

Describe the bug in detail: I went to crim's collection cart, and instead of everything lining up nice, it's all jumbled, and the buttons to trade are lit up even if I don't have that item in my inventory. It won't show me if I am able to trade or not, it just assumes I can. And when I click the button, I get this message:
