The game database is a good place to start.
Edit: Forgot to elaborate, sorry. The game database lists how you can acquire an item (including from which shop and how much it costs) and you can click on coin bag (the leftmost icon next to the lightbulb) to see all the listings of that item on the auction house. Note that for some items, especially gem marketplace items in particular, it is cheaper to purchase them from the marketplace instead of from the auction house.

The database lists how you can acquire an item (including from which shop and how much it costs) and you can click on coin bag (the leftmost icon next to the lightbulb) to see all the listings of that item on the auction house. Note that for some items, especially gem marketplace items in particular, it is cheaper to purchase them from the marketplace instead of from the auction house.
