Yup, I'm okay with that rate - I tend to look up treasure prices, as I'm struggling to keep up to date with the gem ratio.
The rate for 1 Arcane runestones is 18g/25999t and 1 Plague is 16g/14749t which treasure-wise comes to about 7 oozes (rounded up). Is that okay?
Also how many oozes are you looking to get?

Nixifer That would be fine with me! Wow I didn't realise runestones sold for so much these days. Honestly I'll take as many oozes as you please, I scried a bunch of my dragons with skink today and I'm going to need to brew a heap haha!

7 Oozes for a Siren Sylvan Headpiece
6 Oozes for a Siren Sylvan Filigree
Comes to 23 Yellow Oozes, which is me out! Is this agreeable to you?
