@aphreal I think the lowest tree lady in AH was 2500g, I undercut to 2000g but I'm willing to haggle. I also have a copy of Tree Lord. And I'd happily take a nature egg at LAH and ripple at MP disount price. I'm happy to take treasure at 1:730

@BunnyKei I'm definitely interested in Tree Lady if we can work something out. (Thanks for mentioning Tree Lord, but I already have a copy of it on one of my dragons. I need Lady for his mate.)
It looks like LAH on nature eggs is 305g, and converting the discount MP price of a ripple scroll at 730 puts it at 291g. So that's 596 gems in trade value for those.
Would you take around 950k in treasure along with that? That would come out to a gem valuation of about 1900g for the accent. That's a bit lower than you were asking, but since you said you were willing to negotiate a bit, I figured I'd ask.
