Kenome, the admin have mentioned implementing other ways to purchase gems, through Amazon Payments or Google Wallet, for example. There is no ETA on this, however.

inbox, click on the title of the message that has an attachment. At the bottom on the message, there will be a box that says "Attachments:" on top, then shows what all is attached, and beneath that box is a red "Take All" button that you click on to, well, take all the attached things!
