@FURNZZ No, there's no way to speed up dragon aging.
You can use a Scroll of Maturity to turn a hatchling into an adult but this won't affect actual age or breeding cooldown.
If you wanted to reduce breeding cooldown you could use a Swiftbrood Boon which halves the current cooldown and adds it to the next one, but this can't be used on a dragon that hasn't been bred before.
