On the left sidebar - the long list of links - click on Support > Self-Service > Dragon Restoration, then select "Restore Progenitor Dragon." The first 2 dragons you obtained are a special type of dragon called Progenitors, which can be exalted and restored with no cost, but cannot be traded or sold to other players. You can get him back no problem!
However, "Restore Normal Dragon" is much more limited and should be used with caution, as exalting is usually intended to be permanent. I recommend giving future dragons a familiar or piece of apparel in order to prevent accidental exalts; only restoring 1 dragon exalted in the last 14 days is very limiting, the 90-day cooldown even moreso.

Like others have said you can restore your other progenitor dragon at any time through self service, but there are many people out there who regret breeding their progens, and it’s not something you have to do in order to obtain new dragons. The Auction House has many dragons which you can also buy and breed. Ping me here and link me any dragon on the auction house under 30,000 treasure or 30 gems and I’ll buy them for you :]
