I want to make sure its my internet and or my computer and not a bug it just loads half way and doesn't load at all sometimes its just a black screen.

try restarting your computer and your router and see if that fixes it? I've seen a few people on discord mention loading issues with coli, but it might just be pages loading slowly after today's maintenance.
