Dragons get stat points when they level up. Additionally, there are
stones that increase stats by a few points when applied to a dragon.
Not sure about the pattern on getting stats by level-up, but once you hit 25, it doesn't matter much anymore. All dragons have the same base number of stat points at a certain level.
