Yes there is, you have to go to this place that manages your account(forgot what's its called) and press unexalt normal dragon(but u can only unexalt one in a few months)

@Lazyrainwing5 The dragon has to have been exalted in the last 14 days, and there's a 90 day cool down on the restoration service. Unless it's a progen, and they have different rules.
