Are drawings of dragons, gijinkas, etc allowed to have the subject smoking a cigarette or pipe? Specifically, nicotine cigarettes or pipes. Similarly, are photographs of this allowed, for example if the image has a photo of some old-timey person playing the piano and they happen to have a pipe in their mouth?
