Hi! so I leveled up one of my dragons to level 25 only to realize her quickness is not up to par, I heard there was an item that allows you to redistribute your stats but it's very expensive? where would I go about finding it and what is it called? thank you!

It's called a Tincture of Dissolution and you can find it in the treasure marketplace or on the AH.
