Is there a guide that says if you breed an ice to white you might get a moon, I need a color chart I can understand. I know there is the color wheel but i dont get it. Some colors are very hard to get so I was wondering if there is a guide to help you achieve the colors you want.

The colorwheel is the colorchart. Its actually easy once you know the 'rules'
Take the two colors of the parents. (for example Ice and White) You'll see that White and Ice spann in the Moon color. So the results that can come from breeding are either white, moon or ice - all with the same rate of 1/3 possibility.
If you are going for bigger ranges like Pink and White:
You are going to span the colors Pink, bubblegum, Rose, Pearl, maize, cream, antique and white. Now every color has a 1/8 chance to come to be when breeding.
To see what colors get to be spanned in you look for the shortest way across the wheel. So you'll have always the least possible colors.

What Ismaiel said is very helpful, it pretty much covers how colours work. But, if you want a visual way to see Ismaiel is describing, you can try this link.
It shows you the ranges between two dragons!
