I REALLY want one, and heard they're bought in the treasure marketplace. How often do these come around?
@IskaldIce They're pretty tough to get! They were introduced quite a while ago, but they're still so popular that they get sold out almost instantly. The marketplace has a chance to restock whenever the server clock ends in 0 or 5 (every five minutes), just try to be quick and patient!

@IskaldIce Also, if you go into the Items for Sale forum, you'll often time find people who have dominance and are offering to use their discount to buy items for you. Often times, they may even be willing to snipe rarer or faster selling items for you and it'd still be less than the full marketplace price.
