There are plans to expnd the color wheel to include a lot of new colors. You can read about it (and see some of the new colors coming out)

That is the thread where they're going to update it, as well as pics of all the new colours.
But the summarize: they're going to (roughly?) double the amount of possible colours a dragon can get, inserted into the existing colour wheel. They're releasing them bits at a time, and once they're all revealed, they'll get released.
