Ayup, it's a breed that was planned way back when but never came to fruition. I think they may have been called Wyverns too, oddly enough. The problem was they didn't have front legs, so it kinda messed with plans for clothes and whatnot. Every now and then on the Suggestion Forums somebody brings up trying to work them into the game.

makes sense that they wouldn't have front legs. the Wyvern of myth is a bipedal dragon like creature.

Yeah! There's really cool, and it was a neat design. But they wanted all their dragons to have four legs + wings, I'm pretty sure for apparel reasons. So they'd have to entirely redesign them... not to mention if they have four legs then they aren't Wyverns any more :D
