How do you preview what a baby dragon will look like as an adult and how do you post it in a forum?

There is a tool in the Scrying Workshop (link in the menu on the left under Library) called Predict Morphology. Copy and paste the hatchling's ID number into the box on the bottom, hit Load Dragon, then change the age to Dragon to see what it will look like.
To display that image on the forum, you can right click the picture, "Copy Image URL", then paste it between the image tags, and add .png to the end.
For example:

Gives me this:

Now plug in all the traits of your dragon. Basically, put in the Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary genes and colors. Now switch the Age option to Dragon. That should preview it.
I'm unsure if you mean post a picture of the current hatchling or adult form, but as a hatchling, you can go to it's page and click on Generate Code, copy/paste the first code into the forum post.
