I got the Basilisk Feather Fan as a drop in the coliseum. Its description says it is "rumored to freeze time and keep dragons looking young"

...is this an item I can use on my dragons?

@foxfern If you're looking for an item to keep your dragon looking young forever, though, there is such an item: a scroll of eternal youth keeps your dragon permanently looking like a hatchling. It's in the specialty section of the gem marketplace.
