when i try to click on my PMs, it takes me to the URL http://www1.flightrising.com/noauth.
i absolutely cannot do anything from the www1 part of the site. i can't log in, request a password change, or anything else. i already contacted support, which wasn't helpful at all.
i can do most everything on the site as long as it doesn't take me to the www1 URLs (which perpetually say i'm logged out). for whatever reason, i am now incapable of accessing my PMs, which is where things i buy from the AH go, which is sort of hilarious in a painful way.
i don't know if there's any way to get around this but it's finally become enough of an issue that i need to seek help again.
