Rasa Pottery Fragments and Winter Wolf Pelts, specifically. Where are these things typically found?

I'm going to assume Winter Wolf Pelts are received in the Coliseum if I defeat a certain enemy, but what about the Rasa Pottery Fragments? It sort of sounds like their dug up or scavenged.

@Snowraichu Both drop (only) in the Boreal Woods! The pelts are from Winter Wolves and the Rasa Pottery Fragments are from Squall Rasa! :)

Oh, shoot. ono I don't have dragons high enough to go there yet. I guess I'm gunna have to start training some.
