What Are These Pieces of Paper For??? | Help Center

It's driving me up the wall, I can't find anything on it, but maybe I'm not looking in the proper places...?

THESE are the culprits of my unmitigated confusion;
There are 7 so the item says, and I currently have:
2/7 Quickly-Written Warning
3/7 Baffling Parchment Paper
6/7 Destroyed Paper Narrative

WHAT DO THESE DO??? What happens if I collect them all? I've never come across them before until the Thundercrack Carnivale started, are they a side product or are they just fluttering about to taunt me?

Is this the work of Dinkleberg?

@Hollowellow I know there was a thread somewhere where they deciphered all the pieces of paper. However, I don't know what they're for. I did hear rumors that they might be for a December event... but who knows!
