I'm slightly confused. I was so positive that all dragons aged at rollover yet I have a dragon that hatched yesterday and her age is still only 14 hours. Are the dragons supposed to age real time or at rollover? So confused.

@Swiftla
The dragon age on their profile is their real age. When she turns 24 hours old, it'll be one day.
Dragons age up (become adults) at rollover.

@Swiftla - Dragon age is based on the exact time they were born. However, when their age is displayed (after the first 24 hours), it's rounded to the nearest day/week/month (depending on how old it is - we'll probably see nearest year soon).
For aging up to adult (as well as when they can breed), it's based on rollover time. They grow up to adults the rollover on the fifth day after they hatch (so the start of the sixth day).

Hey, welcome to Flight Rising! I'll send you a little starting gift.
"Rollover" is the name for a scheduled 30-minute maintenance period that Flight Rising performs every real-world 24 hours. During the daily rollover, you will be unable to play Flight Rising until it is complete. Rollover gives the developers some time to perform minor updates and reset various activities for the next day.
To see when it will occur, look at the top left of the page, right below the Flight Rising logo. Flight Rising runs on a 24-hour clock, which matches the real-life Pacific time zone (also known as PT).
After 23:59 (11:59 PM PT), the Flight Rising clock "rolls over" to 00:00 (12:00 AM PT) on the next day, and rollover begins.
Once the clock reaches 00:30 (12:30 AM PT), half an hour later, rollover is complete, and the site is available for play again.
If you live outside the American Pacific region, you can look up your own area's time zone, and learn how it compares to Flight Rising's clock. It will be helpful to know when rollover occurs for you; while I'm in the Pacific time zone, a friend of mine lives on "Eastern" time, which is 3 hours ahead, so rollover occurs at 3 in the morning for him!
If you have questions in the future, you can start your own thread with the "+New..." button at the top of the page when viewing the Help Center! We also have the Tiny Little Questions thread, which is stuck at the top of the forum for players to ask small questions.
Other answered threads have already been finished, meaning your additional question might get overlooked for too long, and old threads may contain outdated information you don't need - this one's almost nine years old!
Be sure to set your future forum searches from "Most Relevant" to "Most Recent!" That should bring up more useful results for you. [emoji=new friend]
