I apologize if this has been asked or mentioned, but when I did a forum search nothing came up. I have the full set of chess pieces: 8 pawns of each color, 2 Bishops, 2 Knights, 2 Rooks of each color and a King and Queen of each color and I still don't have the chess set achievement.
It has been more than 24 hours since I've had them, so I was just wondering if there was something I needed to do to get that achievement?

Camfield, the forum search is currently disabled for all players while it is being worked on.
Achievements that require you to collect certain items are taking longer than intended to register right now. It seems to vary in how much time until the achievement registers, some players only have to wait a few days while others have to wait a month or more. Right now all you can do is hold onto all the pieces until it finally activates.
The developers are aware, here is the

For some reason, some achievements take longer to trigger. If you have all the pieces, you should eventually get the achievement. A few of my own took a couple days to show up. =)

Unfortunately that achievement is bugged and can take weeks or even months to award properly. The same is true for the treasure achievements (which I see you've got, that's good! I've been waiting on mine for two months now) and the achievement to collect the dolls.
You don't need to do anything else, besides keep them in your inventory and hope that you'll be fortunate enough that it's awarded sooner rather than later.
