owo and uvu are cute faces.
otl is properly typset as OTL and is the silhouette of a man on his hands and knees, as if in repentance for a mistake. Also typed as orz.

owo = open eyes on either side of a"kitty mouth" ; sort of cute and excited
uvu = closed eyes on either side of the mouth which is smiling; cute and a bit bashful or prideful maybe? can also be done uwu (which my mind compulsively pronounces oowoo like an owl, but thats neither here nor there)
they're definitely new, started showing up in the past year or so and..confused the heck out of me when they first showed up, so I'm not sure where they originated from.
OTL and ORZ are someone performing the "dogeza" (google image search, GenociderSyo described it tho) originating most likely from japan with basically "extreme apology or thanks" ...its meanings drifted a bit in the internet lexicon and can just be used to express a mistake or failure of some kind.
