I don't know if it's been recommended already (I'm too lazy to read the other posts), but RIDE THE CYCLONE!!! It's such a good musical, just search up "ride the cyclone slime tutorial" and it should work.

Seconding Nerdy Prudes Must Die and Ride the Cyclone.
Nerdy Prudes Must Die has absolutely amazing costumes and a very interesting plot regarding a (unintentional) murder, and if you’re invested enough, there’s the entirety of the Hatchetfield Musical/Cinematic Universe, which sometime this summer had a ~30 minute short film made about one of the characters’ desire to run a musical based on his experiences. Team Starkid, the creators, put all their shows for free on youtube and make the rights to their musicals cheap so theatre can be more accessible.
Ride the Cyclone is a very fun concept around a music battle to revive one dead choir kid who died on The Cyclone, hence the name. I’ve seen some pretty fun renditions of the songs, although I haven’t seen the musical myself. My sibling does The Ballad of Jane Doe for school shows a lot, which is absolutely beautiful to hear live compared to an audio recording. I’ve seen it uploaded onto youtube several times under the name “Rollercoaster PSA”, which is arguably one of the funniest titles I’ve seen a illegitimate musical put under.
Also a different Starkid recommendation would be The Trail to Oregon, arguably one of the few musicals I’d want to see live (I’m not too much of a musical kid, but I’ll sometimes watch musicals with my sibling.) It’s a retelling of the Oregon Trail with a twist: The audience gets to name the cast. The official youtube recording has some very funny names for the family, ranging from TV characters to some stupid jokes. Jeff Blim does an absolutely hilarious job and I’d heavily recommend it purely for the expressions he manages to make.
