I haven't gotten around to play it myself but my favourite let's player (who also introduced me to undertale in the first place) is currently doing a genocide run after having finished true pacifist.
My favourite character is North Star/Starlo but the entirety of the steamworks is so cool too

I adore Undertale Yellow but I fear when it comes to some bossfights it's just a whole lot of projectile spamming, I'm also planning to do a neutral route

oh the neutral route's ending is so good. you might not like it, but i thought the final boss was a lot of fun =]
