I don't think I know any active ones you didn't already mention, but I am following Paw Borough which is currently in development and going into closed beta hopefully next year

this might be a bit out there but. have you tried searching for them on roblox? lots of unique pet breeding games there, with the bonus of better interactivity than browser petsites
recently my little brother got me helping him in one called random pets world i think, and it has a pretty fun genetic mechanic that influences both appearance and stats and strength, its a bit like spore? but there are many out there
