I think opossum skulls are really cool, specifically the teeth! I cleaned and reassembled one and oh man, the teeth were a nightmare to put back in. So. many. teeth!

The Damascus Goats are a duel purpose breed producing both milk and meat(usually goat breeds either specialize for milk production or meat quality, but these guys do both).
In fact, meet Qahr, the winner of the "Most Beautiful Goat" award in 2008:
