Lobotomy Corporation from it steam description:
"Monster Management Rogue-Lite Simulation game inspired by the monsters from game and movies such as SCP Foundation, Cabin in the woods and Warehouse 13. One disaster will cause another, and it will lead everything into chaos. Manage and Survive"
You are the new manager of Lobotomy Corporation, a energy company that providing a clean, cheap and reliable energy source for the population. They get the energy by extracting it from strange otherworldly entity, creatures, objects dub "Abnormalities".
Your job is to over see a number of employees [in the fandom, we call them nuggets, our little chiken nugget for a reason ofcourse :D] that you hired that will be your lab rat, security and researcher at the same time, managing your fellow employees to interact with the abnormalities you as you obtain new one almost every day. Study these abnormalities to find out the best way to please with them and to the best way to harness the energy [and avoid enraging them as well]. Hiring and leveling up your employees [why was Mark dragged to the ceiling and coconed to be food thousands of spiders babies? Oh well], and how to suppress them when they eventually escape. And to fight off the extra outside entity attacks, of course. Every time you select a new abnormality, you get to choose one out of three options, but you only get a letter and numbers code with a vague description of what it is until you study it in the facility
At the start you will meet Angela, yourt AI assistan that will accompany you and help you through the game and talk with you. You will also meet the Sephirah that in charge with different departments as the game progress, each one will be different and you will eventulaly meet the CEO of the company who will simply go by the name, A.
The story will unveil with every progress you make, while thing seem underwheming at the start and it can be confusing to understand at the moment but boi does it get dark, gruesome quick mid game. Lobotomy corp also tap on things such as human ethic, poverty, wealth gap,ect
Lobotomy corp may not have the best game play and it memory leak problem can be very bad for people who don't have a good computer and lag to heck, very hard dificulty when going blind in and very late game with the abnormalities rng but it dark and deep lore and story is what make me fell in love with it. You don't have to buy and play/complete the game for the lore/story as everyone understand it high difficulty, require quite some retry/reset to 100% complete and it can be stress/rage inducing sometimes is not for everyone but buying the game certainly help Project Moon, the developer for the dark, disturbing, deep and absolutly amazing story/world they bring to the table and inspire me to no end.
