I have Medibang Paint for Windows 10, and I want to make a skin. How do I import the .psd file?

I have downloaded the file, but it will not show up when I go to open file.

You should be able to open it like any other image, did you extract the .psd's from the zipped folder? Because they wont show up if they're still in the original download folder. ^^
